How Birdii verifies golf course information

Birdii turns scattered course information into a comparison guide without pretending it is a live tee sheet. Here is what we check, what we do not claim and how courses can correct a listing.

Start with first-party sources

We prioritize the course's own website, rate page, policy page and booking portal. An authorized provider may be used when the course directs golfers there.

Separate reference prices from live quotes

Published adult prices can help comparison, but they are not presented as live availability. Dynamic pricing, taxes, carts, twilight restrictions and seasonal terms stay visible.

Say when a rule is not published

We do not fill gaps with assumptions. If a singles, payment, cancellation or booking-window rule cannot be supported, the listing tells golfers to confirm it.

Date every review

Each profile shows when Birdii last checked its underlying information. A more recent operator correction may trigger another source review.

Pricing rules

What “from” means

A starting price is the lowest generally available adult rate found in the cited source. The listing explains when that amount is twilight, nine-hole, seasonal or otherwise restricted. Member, league, junior and demographic discounts are not used as the default adult price.

For dynamic pricing, Birdii labels the model and uses published base or reference amounts only when the course provides them. The booking portal controls the price for a specific date and time.

Corrections and independence

Courses can help us correct the record

Every course profile includes a correction form. Birdii reviews submissions against an official source before changing public facts. Providing a correction does not purchase a ranking or endorsement.

Birdii is independent from listed courses unless a page explicitly says otherwise. Listings are ordered and linked for golfer utility, not as paid rankings.
